1Look for the ENERGY STAR® label when shopping. It's your guide to saving not only energy but water, too.
Other things to know:- Review the Integrated Modified Energy Factor (IMEF). It measures the energy used while on standby - the higher the number the better the results.
- While you're at it, check out the Integrated Water Factor (IWF). This measures water efficiency and a lower number is desirable.
