How it Works

  • Choose your Emerson Sensiâ„¢ or Emerson Sensiâ„¢ Touch smart thermostat.
  • Schedule your installation appointment by filling out the Contact Us form or calling 1.877.215.5752.
  • Confirm your payment. The final price for customers, including installation, will be $40 for the Emerson Sensiâ„¢ smart thermostat and $80 for the Emerson Sensiâ„¢ Touch smart thermostat plus tax.† Limited 2 smart thermostats per account. Second smart thermostat price is $60 for the Emerson Sensiâ„¢ and $100 for the Emerson Sensiâ„¢ Touch smart thermostat.
  • A professional technician will install the Emerson smart thermostat in your home and enroll it into Peak Time Savings at the same visit.
  • As part of the Peak Time Savings program, when energy demand is at its peak, we'll notify you of a Peak Time Savings event.
  • Your smart thermostat will automatically adjust to precool your home for several hour before an event, then lower your usage during the event.
  • After the event, your smart thermostat will resume your preset schedule. Events typically last less than four (4) hours.

You're always in control of your thermostat and comfort.

† The direct installation offering prices include the cost of the thermostat and installation with all available bonuses, incentives and rebates applied (this includes a Peak Time Savings enrollment bonus of $50, an installation incentive of $50, and an Energy Efficiency Rebate Program rebate for the thermostat of $100). Submittal of additional applications is not required. Enrollment in the Peak Time Savings program is required to receive this direct installation offering. You will be eligible for a $25 annual appreciation bonus, which is paid each year you remain enrolled in the Peak Time Savings program.
